Trek Cooking Course 1 DAY PROGRAM Natural Cooking
Start your course by visit the local market to select and buy daily fresh vegetables and ingredients. Then spend a day studying jungle survival skills with our experienced teachers, part of which involves learning to cook with natural cooking utensils such as cook rice in bamboo, fish in the banana leaves, roast a chicken in banana leaves and great jungle pork curry in a coconut. Then have the jungle food for lunch from your own cooking.
Spend a day studying survival skills, part of which involves learning to cook fish and rice in bamboo, roast a chicken in banana leaves and make a great jungle pork curry with natural cooking utensils. This course is offered daily and includes a lunch that you help to prepare.
Itinerary 08:30 am Pick up from the hotel, take you to explore one of the market in Chiang Mai. Introduce you to some ingredients from the jungle such as sweet potato, taro, mushrooms and herbs.
09:30 am Begin our class by showing you how to find water in the jungle. Then jungle cooking starting from cooking rice in the bamboo, cook sweet potato, corn and taro on the fire, curry fish in the coconut, grilled chicken, fish wrapped in banana leafs.
12:30 am Lunch from your own cooking.
01:30 pm Learning cooking more on Thai Desert in a jungle style, boil banana with coconut milk in the bamboo. Enjoy!!!
03:00 pm Finish class, hotel / GH drop off.
